At just SGD10 per employee per month (flat rate!), companies can enjoy this plan which includes everything mentioned in the Basic plan with the following additions:
- Accounting software integration with QuickBooks and Xero
- Access to mobile app (Android and iOS) for every employee and employer – Available for
- Timesheet (with Roster)
What sets this plan apart from the rest would be that this plan allows timesheet and accounting software integration. It is able to automate complex payroll procedures and provide movement tracking (clock in and clock out).

QuickHR offers two access- Admin and Users. HR Managers or relevant department heads can login with their account as Super Admin and this function would then allow them to gain access to employers-only modules such as employees’ information, payroll and more. Employee login would give them access to view their dashboard, leaves, claims and reports.
There are no user or devices limitations.
Go to Dashboard, expand the panel on the right and select View Profile. To change your password, click on Change Password. An encrypted code would be sent to your email. Key in the code followed by your new preferred password and save!
To update your personal particulars, click on Edit Profile.

QuickHR has its data hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), the largest cloud provider in the world. It is a cloud infrastructure with multi-tier encryption. This means that data in the underlying storage is encrypted, as are the automated backups, snapshots and replicas.
Prior to operations, QuickHR went through a security test whereby it was proven to be hack proof. Enforced with multi-tier encryption technology supported by AWS, this makes QuickHR extremely secure.
As at 2017, AWS has its infrastructure spread across the globe with 44 recorded zones. AWS has a self-healing storage built for the cloud that replicates six copies of each data across three zones with daily automatic backups. In the event where the involved company require a backup or rollback, QuickHR is capable of retrieving it.
All incoming and outgoing data are encrypted to prevent data leakage or hacking. After official handover, the only party with access to viewable data would be the user company itself as well as its staff who have been granted access. Neither QuickHR staff nor Amazon Co. will be able to access the data without authorized access.
QuickHR is currently operational in English and Mandarin (Simplified). We are in the midst of developing the site for Bahasa Melayu and Tamil. However, QuickHR can issue itemized payslips in Singapore’s four national languages: English, Mandarin, Malay and Tamil.
